August 2020 – I’m humbled and honored for the recognition in T3Sixty’s Real Estate Almanac. T3Sixty is an established and proven team of management consultants, analysts, and strategies. Their clients include the world’s largest real estate brokerages, franchisors, MLSs, and technology vendors. National, state, and local level Realtor associations and high-growth teams, trust T3Sixty’s expertise. They recently published in print and online the Real Estate Almanac, a comprehensive guide to the leaders, associations, and categorized technology vendors.

 

Likely.AI was included under the categories B20 – Lead Intelligence/Big Data and E03 – Repeat/Referral Intelligence, Technology Providers. The inclusion of Likely.AI into this exhaustive guide is rewarding for my team and me. Over the years, we have strived to help mortgage and real estate professionals overcome the challenge of finding accurate, likely consumers in an ever-changing market. Our unique method of using a multitude of data points combined with Artificial Intelligence analysis allows us to deliver reliable, refined leads of consumers likely to move. We recently introduced our “Artificial Intelligence-As-A-Service” client portal to make it even simpler for our customers of Brokers, Realtors, and Mortgage Associates to get their likely seller predictions, effectively removing the friction from accessing the value of the products we deliver.

 

This inclusion in the Real Estate Almanac follows closely on the heels of Likely.AI’s recent award win at the futuRE pitch battled powered by Keller Williams, as well as the 2019 Real Trends Game Changer recognition.

 

All this recognition is appreciated and proves that all our hard work is paying off, but we are not resting. We continue to innovate and refine our offering of predictive analytics to the Real Estate industry. In these ever-changing times, we continue to evolve.
