Likely Sellers transforms real estate practitioners from expert spammers, to sought after subject matter experts.

Opportunity Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can improve our production pipeline, and build out our ecommerce / self serve offerings . This is an opportunity to build out our product offerings and production pipeline, while contributing your technical expertise to ensure our architecture is designed and coded for scale based on modern software engineering standards. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of technologies. If you are a talented software engineer, we’d like to meet you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Migrate data delivery process from emailed csv files to a data mart capability
  • Develop/implement ETL ingestion automation
  • Migrate data store from PostgreSQL to RDS
  • Configure and manage AWS S3 and EC2 resources as needed
  • Refactor system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency at scale
  • Build quality assurance and data protection processes
  • Develop and maintain Jira stories

Requirements

  • Software engineering skills using modern tools and concepts, such as AWS, PostgreSQL, React, NodeJS, Jira, Docker or similar development stacks
  • Data Engineering expertise for Data Science implementations, using tools such as Python, Anaconda, and Pandas
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
  • Knowledge of Real Estate-related applications and technologies (is a plus)
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

 

Additional Information

  • Individuals located in Austin or Denver areas are preferred but not required
  • Flexible work hours, as long as we accomplish our objective
  • Compensation includes a combination of equity and compensation
