How Does Your AI Work?

Our models are trained to predict the probability of an event happening for the real estate industry.

The Problem

When making predictions in real estate there are two classes, (A) are likely going to do what has value to you, (B) those that are not. Take wanting to sell for example, this is a highly unbalanced classification problem since only around 1% of properties will sell (classification A) each quarter and 99% will not (classification B).

The Data

We use thousands of data elements, engineered features and even synthetic data. The types of data can be summarized into these four classifications: Real Estate, Demographics, Macro Market, and On Market.

The Solution

Requires a mosaic of machine learning models trained to the specifics of an individual county to produce predictions with validated results hundreds of times better than random. Thus our Likely Seller models are trained to predict properties that are Likely Sellers based on each properties confidence score that they are highly similar to ``classification A`` from the above problem example.

There is no upper limit on how many contacts can be monitored for you. The REfresh Engine was designed to scale from one up to tens of millions of properties for any account.

How do you enrich my contacts data?

We know that your contact database is likely full of lead for type of data and is probably out of data aside from a few contacts. This also includes the fact that between 50% to 70% of contacts in a Realtor’s database do not have a physical property address. Because of all these know issues, we promise to enrich your contacts when they are added to REfresh Engine!

 

Here how we do that:

  1. We take whatever contact information you have… like name and phone or email and do our best to find the most current address for that contact.
  2. Next we attached all the property ownership, financial and additional demographic data associated with your contact and their property.
